Yesterday morning Luke wanted pancakes (i know can you believe it...not waffles!)
So I went to the trusty internet to find a recipe.
I really like epicurious because it gives a lot of reviews.
So I found a recipe that 100% would make again...a winner in my book.
I added a bit of apple - because we have a ton of apples on our trees.
It was fabulous!
Luke ate 5 pancakes!
I did find that the recipe made more then 4 pancakes...
