Have I mentioned that I have a TON of tomatoes?!
I saw this delicious recipe on a blog last week and made it the next day.

And then I made it again last night.

It is really good - though I really need to learn to take better pictures!
The only difference I did was to use salt bread from Safeway- we love salt bread from Safeway!

I love a good bruschetta! I love that you enjoyed it so much you made it twice LOL. That is when you really know it is a good recipe!
