I used walnuts instead of the pecans since that it what I had on hand.
I don't have a picture of it, but it was really, really good!
Jack and Luke ate a few of the walnuts... boys have been really hard to feed lately.

I have basic sauteed tofu pretty regularly and could use a recipe like this for something a little more exotic and still easy. Thanks! What could I substitute for brussel sprouts do you think?
BTW, yesterday when Jack was looking at our Christmas tree, he asked if it could fall over. I showed him the stand and he got down on his belly and checked it all out. What a boy!
You could try broccoli or maybe spinich? You are the one who taught me to like brussel sprouts!
