I had hoped to make this more of a food blog, but it is pretty much just a Jack and Luke blog..
Maybe some day i'll get more into food blogging but for now here is a sporadic recipe.
These are delicious and yummy cheese muffins found on the Pioneer Woman Cooks blog.

I would love to eat everything she makes, but I would weigh a million pounds.

Happy hump day...looking forward to this week being over (me, not jack) (well, maybe jack, so that he doesn't have to go to school)!

Tire swing

Our first trip to a park of 2010.

This tire swing is a big hit.

Last year, Luke didnt like it very much and Jack LOVED it.

This year, however, Jack didnt want to go very fast, but Luke LOVED it.
I wont be posting much this week because I am going to be in a big training at work with homework!
Yuck!

First picture of 2010

Okay, this is a really bad picture...but I took it first thing on January 1, 2010.
The boys are watching Max and Ruby. Jack is very intent on the TV, hands clasped and everything.
Luke on the other hand has his pacifier! Not sure why, cuz that isn't supposed to leave the bedroom.
He is looking at me and his hand is poised to say no more pictures!
The cat is sitting between them and you can just see his head...
Since this picture Luke is no longer allowed to touch the cat or even look too much in his direction, because he is too mean to the poor cat.

Winter walk

Winter walks in the park are much different then Summer walks in the park.
It is cold, foggy and damp.

But it is also very pretty in its own way.

Not many flowers in the field this time of year...

And, you have to get all bundled up to go out.

Happy 2010

Wow, it is hard to believe that it is 2010.  What a decade it has been.
 
Ive been very lucky overall in the last 10 years...I got married to my wonderful husband, had 2 great little guys, bought a house and have spent a lot of time and money improving the house.   I have a good job with even better coworkers.  My boys (all of them) continue to make me laugh and feel loved.

My only resolutions for the next year are to take one day at a time and patience with the boys.  I'd like to worry less, but I dont think that I can do it!

I was very excited to see 4 whole comments on my last blog post!  I debate keeping this blog up sometimes...

Anyway, Happy New Year to you all out there!

Leaping into 2010

These boys like to jump!

Hoping that 2010 is uneventful, and has no trips to the ER with these boys...my husband included!

Starting out the year with mold and house issues...so far not the best start, but now we know
what Loren might be allergic to and hopefully we can get it fixed.

We just have to have faith and leap on...
