WW: happy thanksgiving

I had meant to do this pix on thansgiving and never did since I was with out my computer.

Brief break

So I have not had much Internet lately.
I didn't have it at my dads and then we went home to a bad house.

Our tub in the boys/guest bathroom fell threw the floor.
We are having it fixed...and finding more problems.

So we left our house since we couldn't live in it and went to my father in laws.
Thankfully he has a big house and likes to make brownies!

We are at home now...but
I will be happy when the week is over and the rest of the work is done,
hopefully by Saturday.

New Car

Sadly, I have not been able to get any good pictures of the car as the weather is not cooperating...



It rained the day we bought it and the is snowed and now we are back in the rain again.

Now we just need to sell my Jetta and the van!
It is a mazda 5, and has 3 row seating, cramped, but still 3 rows!

I love it!

WW: snow day

Hard to believe that it is not even thanksgiving yet!

Not typical California weather.

Serious weather

I was going to post about our new purchase...but the weather is taking precedence.
This is a serious snowstorm and we are stuck in it.

We (Loren) had shoveled this driveway yesterday...her it is today.
It has not stopped snowing all morning.
Bill and Kate are trying to leave but are having problems with the chains...

We leave tomorrow...I hope it clears up.

On the road

We had an amazing storm on saturday night.
Trees down, no power, thunder and lightning!
Boys were not happy about it.

So we hit the road.
Loren and the boys seemed fairly healthy to make the trip.
And it is nice to have power again.
Our power was still out the next morning.

It was a beautiful drive.
In our new car!!!

Park part 2

This is from last weekend...obviously if you live around here...It is really raining here today!

See that stuffed dog between Luke and his friend?
Luke decided that he wanted to give it to Nicky because he didn't have a dog.
(No idea if he did or did not have a dog)
It was very cute and Nick loved the dog and carried him all around the playground.

Sadly, when it came time to say good bye to our friends, Luke wanted the dog back.
He had major cry face going on. Luckily, Nick was a good sport and gave dog back!

Stockings!

I'd love a trip to hawaii - relaxing and playing in the sand.

WW: noodle tongue

Luke loves making the noodle tongue...he thinks it is cool.
I think it is cool that he wanted to wear the stripe shirt that I like!

Playground part 1

Luke always has to do what Jack does...
and sometimes he is pretty good at it (while giving me a heart attack!)

I spotted the kids while they played on this at the park.
Luke was a natural and really didn't need any help.
(He's done it before)

Which was good because I found myself helping a lot of kids...
But the blond girl in the pix above was also a natural, even in sandals!
Luke really liked her!

The poles swing, making it difficult to get to the next one...
